  • Republicans Have a Nick Fuentes Problem. They Also Have a $433 Million Problem.

The New York Post's editorial page says Republicans must save the party from young wannabe edgelords. It is not wrong about the edgelords... the record on them is genuinely vile. But the party is looking down at a few thousand kids with podcasts while $433 million in billionaire money moves through the midterms above its head, four dollars in five of it Republican.

  • Elon Musk Posted About Race on 26 of 31 Days in January, Then Said He Can't Be Racist

The Guardian counted 26 out of 31 days. The Washington Post counted roughly 850 posts. Musk's defense: his partner is half Indian. That is the whole defense.

  • "I apologize for my white baby"

This kind of "article" is what conservatives have boiled systemic racism down to. They do not understand the concept and can't see how their denial of it's existence just bolsters the arguments for it. No one thinks your baby is racist, Karen... But we know it's mother is.

  • Tucker Carlson Says the Quiet Part Into a Camera, and Fox's Owner Signs Off

The men with the torches in Charlottesville chanted "you will not replace us." Four years later the most-watched host in cable news explained, to three million viewers, that the Democratic Party is trying to "replace the current electorate" with "more obedient voters from the Third World." The ADL asked Fox to fire him. Fox's owner wrote back that Tucker had actually rejected replacement theory... by restating it.

  • Martin Dyckman: Reading the polls: The weight of race | StAugustine.com

Over the weekend, Martin Dyckman (formerly of the St. Petersburg Times) wrote an article on StAugustine.com that won't be received well in Florida. In this article, he discusses the weight of the "race card" in the 2012 elections.  As a Florida native who spent over 30 years living in the state, I know it's bigoted underbelly (read: the Panhandle.)  Here are some snippets: Another reason is the opposition’s relentless campaign to demonize not only Obama’s record but…

  • Hurricane Bears Down on NOLA: Rush Makes a Suggestion

Here we go again.  The defacto leader of the Republican Party has a new plan for killing "Democrats" (read: poor, black citizens) in New Orleans.  Alas, no action was taken and the levees held but Republicans can keep their fingers crossed that another storm will visit Louisiana this season and maybe they will be able to get this plan in place. Here's a transcript for those that can't stand to listen to Rush's voice. RUSH…

  • Hey Ladies! Rush Limbaugh Wants to Watch You Have Sex...

From the March 1 editon of Premiere Radio Networks' The Rush Limbaugh Show... I cannot think of anything sexier for a woman than Rush Limbaugh watching her have sex. This clip isn't racist. I'll tell you that now. But it's here because, in 2012, misogynism and racism go hand-in-hand with the Republican party. Sandra Fluke, a Georgetown law student, testified about contraception and Rush disagrees so it's time for him to attack. The recent fights…

  • Fox's Greg Gutfeld: "Catholics Write Letters And Muslims Stab You With Letter Openers"

From the February 27 edition of Fox News' The Five... Usually, watching Fox News' The Five gives me a headache but when the brunette with the giant fish mouth shows up, I'm all in! This time, after fish-face finishes her anti-muslim rant, it is Greg Gutfeld that steps up to really cap off what is already a fairly offensive rant. Gutfield makes his bad joke and then follows up by encouraging genocide. All in all,…

  • Bolling to Waters: "Congresswoman, You Saw What Happened To Whitney Houston. Step Away From The Crack Pipe"

["From the February 16 edition of Fox News' Fox & Friends"] Eric Bolling is making his case for being the biggest jackass on Fox News. Here he goes again. After a discussion about Congresswoman Maxine Waters' words yesterday, Bolling snaps off, "Congresswoman, You Saw What Happened To Whitney Houston. Step Away From The Crack Pipe." Even his co-hosts knew he had just gone to far as is judged by their nervous laughter... But they still…

  • Ann Coulter Compares President Obama to Flava Flav at CPAC

The thunderous applause that Ann Coulter gets for this off-the-cuff remark shows you just how out in touch with their racism that the new Republican party is becoming. I like to discuss subtle racism and dog whistles because I find them fascinating but that sometimes makes me overlook more obvious material since I'm looking for subtlety. With Ann Coulter, this is never the case. Subtle ain't her style... Especially in front of a hungry audience…
